Star Magic Ball 2012 -- Melissa Ricks

Melissa Ricks wears Cherry Veric to the Star Magic Ball 2012. I remember when Melissa was part of the Big 5 of the first ever Star Circle Quest. Wow! That seemed like a long time ago. I think she was just around 14 then. 

Her role in Philippine TV remake "Nasaan Ka Elisa" was a good one in my opinion. It showed Melissa in a more mature, rebellious and daring role. It's no wonder her Joanna character in "Walang Hanggan" is just as marked. I think it's time to cast Melissa Ricks in strong and mean roles, though not necessarily playing villain.

Melissa Ricks is part of hit TV show "Walang Hanggan" where she plays a semi-villain role. I actually think she's suited to such roles. She's rumored to be dating Paul Jake Castillo, a product of Pinoy Big Brother Season 4. Her break up with ex- Jake Cuenca was pretty controversial for a while.

Charee Pineda wears Marvin Garcia

Charee Pineda stars in afternoon drama "Angelito: Ang Bagong Yugto," which is a sequel to the hit show that catapulted leading man JM de Guzman to fame as one of local showbiz's hottest and newest leading men.

Jessy Mendiola wears Nat Manilag

Jessy Mendiola has been compared to Kristine Hermosa in terms of beauty. True enough, she is one of local showbiz's prettiest faces. She starred in the movie "The Reunion." I wonder what her next TV project is. I think her last was "Budoy" where she played opposite Gerald Anderson.

Has Melissa Ricks gone daring? Well her latest tv show, an adaptation of the Chilean telenovela, ¿Dónde está Elisa?, surely shows a more mature and daring Melissa. It seemed just like yesterday when she came out as one of top 5 Star Circle Questors when she was just 14. She was talked about more recently because of her break up with boyfriend Jake Cuenca. The two have kept mum about their relationship until the break up. Melissa was escorted to the Star Magic Ball by former love team Matt Evans. Will the two be paired up again?
